These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms" or "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "you," or "your") and AGA ("All Game Arena," the "App," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the AGA mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY DOWNLOADING, ACCESSING, REGISTERING FOR, OR USING THE APP, YOU EXPLICITLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES CONTAINED HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE ALL USE OF THE APP AND UNINSTALL ANY DOWNLOADED COPIES.

Nature of the Service and Disclaimers

1.1. Payment Assistance Platform: AGA operates exclusively as a third-party payment assistance and facilitation platform. Our Service is designed strictly to assist users in loading funds into, and requesting withdrawals from, supported and independent third-party social casino or social gaming platforms.

1.2. Not a Game Operator: AGA is completely independent from the game developers, game publishers, or server operators of the social gaming platforms it supports, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. We do not host, operate, or manipulate the gaming software or outcomes.

1.3. No Real Money Gambling: AGA DOES NOT OFFER, PROMOTE, OR FACILITATE REAL MONEY GAMBLING. The platforms supported by AGA operate under social gaming or sweepstakes models. All activities facilitated through our platform are purely for entertainment and recreational purposes. Any virtual currency, coins, or tokens purchased or distributed have no inherent cash value outside the specific rules of the supported third-party platforms.

Eligibility and Jurisdiction

To lawfully access and utilize the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the following mandatory eligibility criteria:

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, or the minimum legal age of majority in your specific jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.
  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration and identity information upon request.
  • Lawful Purpose: You shall use the App solely for lawful purposes and in strict compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
  • Authorized Payment Methods: You must exclusively use payment methods, banking instruments, and withdrawal accounts that legally belong to you or for which you have explicit, documented legal authorization to use.

We reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to refuse service, terminate accounts, or restrict access to any User who fails to meet these criteria.

3.

Account Registration, Security, and Usage

3.1. Account Creation: Access to the core functionalities of the App requires the creation of a registered account. By creating an account, you enter into a binding agreement with AGA.

3.2. Single Account Policy: We strictly enforce a "One Account per Person/Household/IP Address" policy. Exceptions to this policy are granted solely at our discretion and require prior written approval.

3.3. Account Security: You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password, PINs, etc.). You accept full responsibility for all activities, charges, and damages that occur under your account.

3.4. Non-Transferability: You must not sell, trade, rent, share, transfer, or otherwise allow unauthorized third-party access to your AGA account. Any suspicion of unauthorized access or compromised credentials must be reported to support immediately. We reserve the right to suspend accounts exhibiting suspicious login patterns.

4.

IP Address Monitoring, Security Logging, and Fraud Prevention

4.1. Data Collection for Security: To ensure regulatory compliance, prevent fraudulent activities, and maintain the integrity of the platform, AGA actively collects and logs technical information. This includes, but is not limited to, IP addresses, device identification numbers (Device IDs), geolocation data, account activity histories, and payment-related metadata.

4.2. Monitoring and Restriction Rights: AGA employs automated and manual security monitoring. We reserve the explicit right to monitor, investigate, restrict, or terminate accounts associated with:

  • Detection of multiple user accounts originating from a single IP address or matching device fingerprints.
  • Suspicious, irregular, or high-risk transaction patterns, including unusual frequency or volume of deposits/withdrawals.
  • Any history of chargebacks, payment disputes, or suspected financial fraud.
  • The use of exploits, game cheats, VPNs to mask identity, or any actions that violate the spirit of these Terms.

4.3. Indefinite Bans: If AGA suspects, in its reasonable discretion, any fraudulent, harmful, or legally questionable activity, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban the offending accounts indefinitely without prior notice or right to appeal.

Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of your use of the App, you expressly agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Fraud and Abuse: Engaging in any fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unlawful activity, including identity theft or financial fraud.
  • System Manipulation: Attempting to exploit bugs, use unauthorized cheats, bypass security measures, or otherwise manipulate the AGA system or the supported third-party games.
  • Misrepresentation: Using false, forged, or misleading payment details, identification documents, or personal information.
  • Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's backend, other users' accounts, or reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App's software.
  • Third-Party Financials: Utilizing third-party bank accounts, digital wallets, or payment methods without express, verifiable authorization.
  • Bad Faith Disputes: Initiating chargebacks, payment disputes, or bank reversals in bad faith after having received the requested service or virtual funds.

Violation of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement or civil litigation.

6.

Deposits, Top-Ups, and Payment Processing

6.1. Authorization: By initiating a deposit or top-up transaction, you explicitly authorize AGA (and our designated third-party payment processors) to charge the specific payment method you have provided (e.g., CashApp, Chime, or other supported channels) for the selected amount.

6.2. Processing Times: While we strive for efficiency, AGA does not guarantee instantaneous processing of deposits. Standard transactions are typically processed quickly; however, in the event of system discrepancies, network congestion, or issues with payment verification, we reserve the right to take up to twenty-four (24) hours to review and clear the transaction.

6.3. Order Discrepancies: If the deposited amount or the provided payment details are inconsistent with the corresponding order submitted in the App, settlement and account crediting may be delayed for up to 24 hours while the discrepancy is investigated manually.

6.4. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES: AGA maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against friendly fraud. If you initiate a payment dispute, bank reversal, or chargeback after the funds have been successfully loaded or used, your account will be immediately and permanently banned. Your IP address and associated payment details will be blacklisted across our network. Furthermore, AGA reserves the right to pursue legally permissible debt collection actions and civil claims to recover disputed amounts, administrative fees, and legal costs.

7.

Withdrawal Policies and Procedures

7.1. Supported Methods: AGA currently supports withdrawals exclusively through approved digital payment platforms, primarily CashApp and Chime, subject to change at our discretion.

7.2. Estimated Timeframes: Standard, verified withdrawals are typically processed within an estimated timeframe of ten (10) minutes. However, this is an estimate and not a guarantee. If there are technical issues, account discrepancies, or network delays, additional time will be required to resolve the matter.

7.3. Third-Party Withdrawals (Strictly Regulated): Withdrawals directed to third-party accounts, wallets, or payment methods that do not bear the registered User's name are strictly prohibited unless prior manual verification and explicit approval have been granted by AGA compliance staff. Approved third-party transactions are subject to enhanced scrutiny and may require up to 24 hours for processing.

7.4. Right of Rejection: AGA reserves the absolute right to delay, freeze, or completely reject any withdrawal request if:

  • The destination account details do not match the verified User identification on file.
  • The destination account is flagged as suspicious, unauthorized, or associated with a high-risk jurisdiction.
  • The transaction is determined to be in violation of these Terms or applicable anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines.
8.

KYC Verification and Compliance

8.1. Identity Verification Requests: To comply with financial regulations and ensure platform security, AGA may, at any time, require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.

8.2. Required Documentation: Verification requests may require you to submit:

  • A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (e.g., Driver's License, State ID, or Passport).
  • Proof of address or bank statements confirming ownership of the payment methods used.
  • A live verification selfie or video holding the ID and a specific written prompt, as instructed by our security team.

8.3. Failure to Comply: Refusal or failure to comply with verification requests in a timely and satisfactory manner will result in immediate account suspension, freezing of pending transactions, and delayed or canceled withdrawal processing.

9.

Third-Party Systems, Delays, and Errors

9.1. Reliance on External Providers: AGA's Service intrinsically relies upon the functionality of third-party payment processors (e.g., CashApp, Chime), banking networks, and the server infrastructure of independent game platforms.

9.2. Disclaimer of Liability for Third-Party Failures: AGA shall not be held liable or responsible for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from:

  • Delayed transactions caused by payment provider outages, API errors, or broader network failures.
  • Restrictions, account freezes, or suspensions imposed by third-party platforms on your gaming accounts or payment wallets.
  • Errors resulting from incorrect account information provided by the User or miscommunication between the User and the game operator.

In the event of systemic errors, our support team will make commercially reasonable efforts to assist in resolving the situation, but we accept no financial liability for third-party delays.

10.

Account Suspension and Termination

10.1. Termination by AGA: We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Any violation or suspected violation of these Terms.
  • Engagement in cheating, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the App's features.
  • Attempted chargebacks or refund abuse.
  • Detection of unlawful activity or requests by law enforcement agencies.

10.2. Consequences of Termination: Accounts that are suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms will not be reactivated. Upon termination for cause, any pending funds, virtual coins, or account balances associated with the AGA account or the linked gaming profile may be permanently forfeited as a penalty for breach of contract, to the extent permitted by law.

11.

Strict No Refund Policy

11.1. Finality of Transactions: All deposits, purchases, and top-ups processed through the AGA platform are strictly final and non-refundable. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital service that is consumed immediately.

11.2. Exceptions: Refunds will only be issued in the event of a confirmed, documented internal technical error originating solely from AGA's systems, resulting in funds not being delivered to the requested platform.

11.3. Reversal Penalties: As stated in Section 6, any unauthorized attempt to reverse, dispute, or refund a successfully completed transaction via your bank or payment provider will result in permanent platform excommunication and potential legal liability.

12.

Privacy and Data Handling

Your privacy is important to us. Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which details our practices regarding the collection, storage, utilization, and protection of your personal identifiable information, transaction histories, IP logs, and payment data. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.

13.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AGA, ITS PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
  • Any damages resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service, including game operators or payment processors.
  • Technical errors, server disruptions, unauthorized access, or systemic network failures.

IN NO EVENT SHALL AGA'S AGGREGATE CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO AGA FOR SERVICES IN THE THIRTY (30) DAYS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AGA, its affiliates, and their respective employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of and access to the App.
  • Your violation of any term of this Agreement.
  • Your engagement in fraudulent activities, bad faith disputes, or chargebacks.
  • Any third-party claims related to your use of the platform, including claims from game operators or payment networks.
15.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1. Governing Law: These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15.2. Jurisdiction: Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the Service or these Terms shall be instituted in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located within the United States. You and AGA agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts in any such legal action or proceeding.

16.

Severability and Entire Agreement

16.1. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

16.2. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and AGA regarding the Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements, oral or written, between you and AGA regarding the Service.

17.

Modifications to These Terms

AGA reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document or by displaying a prominent notice within the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your explicit acceptance of those changes.
